This is trivial.
How do you intend to maintain it?
Remastering distros is easy and maintenance too (if planned properly).
SchoolOS was a remastered Ubuntu that seeked to offer one-click
package management... it did not succeed mainly because of the lack of
effort on specifications (especially those relating to your point 3 )
Also how do you intend to promote it?
