Silpa, Swathanthra Indian Language Processing Applications is a web
platform to host the free(dom) software language processing
applications easily. It is a web framework and a set of applications
for processing Indian Languages in many ways. Or in other words, it is
a platform for porting existing and upcoming language processing
applications to the web. Silpa can also be used as a python library or
as a webservice from other applications.

Application Development to Ubuntu. It aims to simplify the process of
developing and deploying Linux applications. It provides a
command-line framework for generating code projects, storing changes
in version control, building packages, and releasing finished
software.

cURL is a command line tool for transferring data with URL syntax,
supporting DICT, FILE, FTP, FTPS, GOPHER, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP, IMAPS,
LDAP, LDAPS, POP3, POP3S, RTMP, RTSP, SCP, SFTP, SMTP, SMTPS, TELNET
and TFTP. curl supports SSL certificates, HTTP POST, HTTP PUT, FTP
uploading, HTTP form based upload, proxies, cookies, user+password
authentication (Basic, Digest, NTLM, Negotiate, kerberos...), file
transfer resume, proxy tunneling and a busload of other useful tricks.
