for the "Open Source Lab", Anna University, Chennai.

Raju is the founder of a NGO called Third Eye Technical Voluntary Group.

They are working on developing open source software
to bring assistive technologies for blind people .
They have released the following software.
1. Net Hunter Tamil - tamil pdf to unicode text converter and also
available in HINDI
2. Street Hunter - location finder for the blind using gps and open
street maps in mobiles
Raju explains on their operations and how and why they develop open
source applications for blind people.
