Okay, I'll give the complete address... from both sides of Annasalai :)
If you're approaching from Spencer's Plaza, you will get to a traffic
signal. If you take left, you go to Satyam Cinemas. If you take right,
you should see City Union Bank building - keep going in, and you should
see "Polaris House" Ma Foi Academy is in the same compound, behind
Polaris House.
Be warned - if you're on a vehicle, you can't take that right - you have
to go on until Gemini flyover, take a U-turn and get back to the signal
I was talking about you just have to take the left after "Gyan Vaishnav
Punjabi Dhaba", if you're approaching from that side. If you see City
Union Bank building, you're on the right road. The Polaris House will
only be a little ahead.
