[Ilugc] How to run java WAR file in command line

As far as I know, ant works on command-line.
Can you explain how you're using ant and not using command line?
Might be that you're using an IDE such as Eclipse or Netbeans. clarify.


note :
I don`t want to run it on localhost everything should be executed in command
line.
