[Ilugc] How to get client machine ip address from server

Hi all,
One of my friend had face this question in interview and he was not
unable to answer it

1) How to find the client machine ip hardware address which doesn't
have any OS installed from server.

I have already google it but not got any proper answer, if any body have
idea plz share it.
