[Ilugc] How to find out the rate of disk IO speed in Redhat

Hello,

     i am trying to find out the rate of disk IO speed
in  a redhat linux server, i tried iostat, looks like
the box i access doesnt have the sysstat package
installed.

Is there any other workaround for this?
