[Ilugc] How to create and deploy Virtual appliances?

What are the techniques/tools available to Create and deploy Virtual
appliances?
I assume you are asking about VirtualBox appliances, you can export any VM
as appliance. It is available under "File" menu. Likewise when you import an
appliance it will become a VM. I am not aware of any other techniques/tools.
