[Ilugc] How to bring more people to ilugc meets?

Hi,
IMHO the following points may bring more crowd to ilugc meets
1. We can think of distributing T-Shirts at the end of each meet
2. By around 4.30pm (with the hope that meet starts at 03.00pm)
provide tea and snacks
