Hi,
I have a TataIndicom connection with phone LG-350T walky.
I am able to use this quite well on windows.
When i boot into linux(Redhat-9 and 2.4.20-8 kernel version) and try
to use it, the modem is not recognized.
This is a USB CDMA phone. So possibly the acm.o driver must be used.
kudzu detects this and shows the name as QualComm CDMA USB phone.
syslog shows

I checked the <kernel src>/Documentation/usb/acm.txt
As per the lines mentioned in this text, my /proc/bus/usb/devices
reads something like
I: If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 1 Cls=02(comm.) Sub=02 Prot=01 Driver=none
I: If#= 1 Alt= 0 #EPs= 2 Cls=0a(data ) Sub=00 Prot=00 Driver=none
So possibly this phone modem is not recognized by the driver.
Pls do help me in configure this phone for Linux.
Will it help if i upgrade to FC2+?
