[Ilugc] Hosting Fossconf2015 on September

Dear luggies,
Vels University,Pallavaram is willing to host the Fossconf 2015 and shall
we coordinate with them to  host it on September along with Software
freedom day.Will bring the people to this Monthly meet.In the mean
time,Need all your suggestions and ideas to host it.
