Subject: [Ilugc] Help on Conexant based USB ADSL modem in FC3!
Dear Friends,
Now I have installled FC3, which is based on 2.6.x kernel.
There is no Olitec driver available for 2.6.x kernel. So I am
trying accessrunner driver (cxacru) which is available for
2.6.x kernel. Once ppp0 device created, after some time, I am
getting error of "LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests". I
googled on this and tried so many other options specified
there. But no positive signals. Can anybody help me on this?
Details:
-----------
OS: Fedora Core 3
Kernel: 2.6.9.X
Modem: Conexant USB ADSL Modem with VID & PID of 1 & 32 respectively.
ISP: Touchtel (Airtel) which uses PPPoA (ATM) with
encapsulation of LLC (llc-encaps in /etc/ppp/options)
Regards
