Unless, your idea is "earth shattering" (so to speak), most Angel
Funders or Venture Capitalist (Bank of Private institution) will not
be ready to fund your idea.
We do not have an idea of huge investment.And also setting up the office.We
depend on cloud services like amazon , salesforce or Google AppeEngine.

IITM is starting Research Park to incubate start ups. I believe it is
open to all innovators in the Technoloyg/Enggs. sector not just IT.
If I am not mistaken I had attended a meeting at the incubation cell
or some such thing in IITB about a month back.
I don't have the details right now.
