I have installed ubuntu 7.10, mandriva one and windows xp in a system (P
III/ 40GB/ 256mb RAM) multibooting with grub. All are working fine.
I wanted to remove mandriva one. So by running gparted I reformatted the
/dev/sda6 (10 Gb) ext3 as FAT32. Though the formatting was completed, when I
rebooted the system, ubuntu did not automount the partition (sda6). When
viewed through file browser, the capacity of sda6 partition size is shown as
2.5Gb instead of 10GB. Windows xp shows the partition as FAT32 of size 10
GB.
Any clues to solve this problem?
