    Don't understand what you are referring to?  HTML5 doesn't define any
    such interface.  It might have tags but I don't understand the
    reference
    even then.

Ok.  To clarify,  the interface such as drag and drop itself can change
drastically between browsers.  HTML5 merely defines a tag and it's
functionality and the tags in this case is not limited to just file
uploads.  Mozilla is combining it with JS as well.
