Sorry for volunteering late.
Thanks for your reply P. Raman. There is nothing late
here. This will be a work-in-progress. As more
volunteers join in the network will grow :)

I think it is fair to pay for CDs, say Rs.10-15 per
CD. So, a distro such as Gentoo (with 2 CDs) can cost
about Rs. 20-30. If the user brings his/her own CD,
then we only have to write and give it back, no
charge. One should not pay for service for writing the
CD or for downloading the distros. My thoughts.
