Who told that GIF can be created only with patented products?? GIMP
can be used to create GIF Images. in that case GIMP is a open source
Product which produces the GIF images.

we are not using any Patented Image Processing software. We just apply
the logic and write code of our own and generate the GIF Format
images. GIMP is doing that.
