Each mail is supposed to be distinct. The Message-ID is garbled when
you send it to more than one list. When people use Message-ID to look
for a particular message they get multiple emails, something an
automated tool may not know how to handle. Sometimes they complain
about duplicate emails, and even prevent a particular email to be
displayed (like in Gnus).
Though this seems trivial, people who are pedantic about
e-mail automation would not encourage posting to multiple groups simultaneously.
