The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or
there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Re-setup the kernel

Did you run the above command as shown above in your OP? If so, what
kind of errors did you get?
VirtualBox needs kernel drivers to run the VM and these drivers loaded
as kernel modules.
Please note that you need to install the kernel source as well as the
base development tools to compile the drivers to match the kernel.
Without the drivers it will not work.
