Why can't we have a wikipedia page for him.
Yes I even thought of creating a wikipedia page and moving the content

wikipedia .
Wikipedia does have some policy for creating pages and those who
create it must be well aware of the rules at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Biography
I am sure some of the list members have some experience , it would be
sad to see someone creating the page and it being deleted because of
wikipedia policy XYZ .
