Only if you have a licensed version and it is *not* free. This is
the model for most consumer oriented proprietary software - support is
per incident or time and material.
If GNUCash can be supported by a company, it can be usable. Let me know who
supports GNUCash in terms of tech support, training etc
This is a blanket statement and applicable to many a package,
proprietary or FOSS.
Have you tried the GNUCash documentation/FAQ and/or their forums/mailing lists?
