Tech Tip from Linux Journal:
If you're editing a Web page and want to match a color on another site
or in another application, use Muhammad A. Muquit's "grabc" program.
When you run it from the shell, your X pointer turns into a crosshairs
symbol. Move the crosshairs over the color you want and click, and
grabc gives you the color in hex and decimal.
