It is so **** simple.
$ htmldoc -f freebsd-handbook.pdf \
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/book.html
You can create a PDF from any html file or URL this way.
Didn't know life was that simple eh?
