ILUGC wiki was spammed once again.
Though the main page contents were safe,
The spam bots created many new pages and it took around 2G of mysql db.
To save space, installed a new mediawiki instance and restored the
pages we created.
Added the following extensions.
ConfirmEdit
SpamBlackList
Now the wiki is safe.
I will receive an email alert for any change in the wiki, so that we
can fix if any spam happens.
I request you all to create a new account to edit the wiki.
