[Ilugc] Firefox 8 is out

Postgresql did jump from 7.4 to 8.0, but that was a major change, and
since then they have stuck to the convention of major and minor release
numbers.
That is probably the right way to do it, or something like the recent
kernel version change from 2.6 to 3.0, just because 2.x has been a
couple of decades old, also seems okay.
