I don't understand what kind of DSP tool use are asking?
DSP is very wide area. DSP includes subfields like: audio and speech
signal processing, sonar and radar signal processing, sensor array
processing,statistical signal processing, digital image processing,
signal processing for communications, biomedical signal processing,
seismic data processing, etc. It impossible for any one individual to
master all of the DSP technology that has been developed.All those
subfields has their own subfields. DSP learning involves two tasks:
learning general concepts that apply to the field as a whole, and
learning specialized techniques for your particular area of interest.
I never seen a single open source tool for all the subfields . These
are the tools I know, but we have lot of open source tool for each
subfields. first decide area of interest, then search tool for your
area of interest.
