Hello Friends,
Participating team be there by 8 to 8:30 for a warm up meeting, we are
expecting to open our show by 9:30am
1) ilugc has arranged lunch for Volunteers from Sangeetha Adyar.
2) Bharathi has arranged Table and Chairs, Volunteers needed to offload and
place it for expo.
3) Participating teams, please bring your Extention Power Chord(Spike
busters atleast couple of them).
4) T-Shirts are ready for sale and will be sold in the stall.(Thanks Saran
:) ).
Raman and Bharthi will add there Thoughts.
