Dear ilugc-ians,
I recently bought a HP printer (multi-function F4185) and took the
adventurous path of configuring the device in my home system running
Fedora 5 (running kernel v2.6.15-1, I know it's quite old).
After having trouble to make HPLIP work in my system, posted query on
their mailing list but it seems am getting the basic installation of
HPLIP not correct (as per their feedback).
FWIW, am trying to insall HPLIP from the latest source.
Is there anyone on this mailing list who have had successes with HPLIP
installation and setup in using HP printers ?
