Nice idea. It will help enticing laymen audience coming there towards
GNU/Linux.
Imagine playing a video in such a wall will be fantastic.
Is it doable in the first place, if so what are the requirements.
It is doable theoretically(i mean software isn't a problem). Just need to
apply 'wall filter' in VLC. Limitations are in hardware.
I have done this with two monitors but,
1. I did it with a graphics card with extra port for 2nd monitor and so
lot of graphics cards may be needed.('plan B': anyone know how to attach
multiple monitors without card?)
2. Not sure of performance issues. (Assuming you have lots of graphics
card solves this, but for plan B?)
3. Where to get such a high quality video that looks good even after
zooming in a big wall?
