We are building one[1], will soon be complete (Its not yet fully complete
now, though functionally usable) and also support schemes currently used in
Wikimedia projects[2]. You are welcome to send pull requests, file bugs. If
you are looking at browser based Web fonts solution, we have
jquery.webfonts which is complete[3].
