Not to discourage u, we had several valid and invalid suggestion in
the past as i am good in understanding your visualization, to
broadcast the lug seminars to rural India.
just to expand your thought and imagine,

How good if it will be if we organize a meet in the village. This
august we are going to be there in arunai engg college tvm and the
college provides us an opportunity to show case our talents under the
topic urban development.
why not adopt a village some where near to arunai engg college (some
where near satanur dam where Mr. A V Velu (chairman arunai engg
college) is the MLA, and make our students(the locals) as the
testimonials and make them to speak on august arunai engg college
festival.
What about the time frame:

we have time till august which means 24 saturdays and sundays.
where is the man power:
------------------------------
a minimum of 12 volunteers. arranging( all P.R.O) and related stuff)
and taking classes in the village which we adopted.
more effectively , two people visiting every week end and taking
classes, which means every volunteer will have to visit the place for
4 times across 6 months....
Mode of commutation.

Should ask the college management, else SETC Moffosil bus , bull
a cart ride, trekking.
