take the backup using rsync - ssh and ftp. I got the backup
from ssh,
command is, *#? rsync -avz -e ssh hostname:/source
destination *

? But, when i take the backup from ftp its shown some
error
*#? rsync -avz -e ftp://hostname:/source destination

*so, How can i take the backup from using the rsync with
ftp.

I don't think that will be possible. rsync requires rsync command to be execute 
on either side, compare and transmit the changes. As far as I know ftp doesn't 
allow such flexibility which ssh has.
