[Ilugc] BSNL BROADBAND on SMARTAX MT841 MODEM connected through USB Port?

Is it possible for me to set up a BSNL Broadband connection on a SmartAX
MT841 modem that is connected to the USB Port of my PC.
Or should I go for a LAN Card?
