I appeal all Tamil people, also to post in Tamil. Yesterday I was
alone and Padhu, Thanigai, Arun and few more have joined now :-)
At the risk of sounding pessimistic, have you made an effort of
counting the number of people you are ignoring/alienating on the list
by this? Please don't misconstrue this as my lack of affinity for my
mother tongue, but it is just that forcing it on people doesn't sound
right to me. Of course, you are entitled to your view, so you needn't
really care about mine.
I expect more and more people join this initiative so that ten-twenty
five years down the line we can dream the other way..
A decade back the situation was different and now its totally different..
If, you are using the list to carry forward any agenda other than
FOSS, I wish to protest, though I can't stop or prevent you from doing
this.
