IEEE Exec: Re: Date for Mid-Summer Meeting!

Hi All,
It looks like getting together in person isn't going to work out before
school starts. Hopefully, we can get organized via email and then meet up
first thing at the end of August. Our biggest priorities right now are
leadership and membership. Both of these items should be addressed in the
first week of school. I figured we could get classroom time on the first
and second days of school to talk about the IEEE and then have a small
event, including elections on that first Friday. We should also update our
website before that and use it as a recruiting tool. What do you all think?
