I HAVE A BOARD WITH AN EDGE CONNECTOR THAT SHOWS UP AS SHORTED TOP TO BOTTOM IN 
THE IPC REPORT...... ANY HINTS ON HOW TO SOLVE THIS...  THANKS

If nothing else works, the usual way to fix probs in capture is to make a
new project, and copy the pages over.

Hopefully you will find a quicker way, though.
