[PCB_FORUM] strange idf_out problem

Greetings all,

Has anyone ever had a case where file->export->IDF created the .idf and .bdf 
files as expected BUT executing idf_out from the command prompt did not? And to 
further muddy the waters, another person CAN get results from executing idf_out 
from the command prompt against the same design? 

This smells like an Cadence environment issue. We're in the process of 
comparing env-files.

Any ideas?
