[PCB_FORUM] middle mouse button/wheel panning

Hey guys,
This is kind of minor, but it's been bugging the heck out of me.
The mouse wheel zooming is all well and good (no more F11/F12).
The problem I'm having is that the wheel as the middle mouse button
doesn't pan readily when held down.
A co-worker told me that after you save, then the middle button held
down will pan!
Has anyone else noticed this behavior, and is there a way to fix it so
that the middle mouse button/wheel pans all the time?
