Oleg,
With the new "dynamic shapes" in 15.x, they "heal themselves" whenever they
need to: a via is moved, a trace is routed through it, a pin is moved or
added within the shape etc. Just make sure the shape is "dynamic" and not
"static", and that the dynamic shape fill is set to "Smooth" (click Setup ->
Drawing Options..., Status tab).

Hello Allegro 15 Gurus,
On allegro 14 was good option to fix shape after moving vias:
"Edit-Shape-Void-Auto" and you fixing all voids at once.
How you are fixing on Allegro 15 (since new shape format) unless
to fix one void at the time (delete void and put new one).
