Trilok,
You can use Move or Spin but the key is before you select the objects go
to the Options tab and select User Pick as your Rotation Point.

Hi
Has anyone tried rotating fully routed board?
I tried to rotate brd file by 90 degrees after removing all fixed
properties assigned to NETS & SYMBOLS. Somehow I am not getting it as
expected.
Calling the local AE was not of any help. Can Anyone suggest any way....
(I tried it by creating group).
