Hey guys, I'm still trying to get a handle on the new way to use constraints in 16.2. Back in 15.7, in order to control the breakout of a BGA, I used to create an unfilled shape on the B.G./Constraints layer, then give it a Net Physical set that would control necking and lesser spacing to like traces. So in 16.2, how do you guys control the typically loose rules in the breakout area around a BGA? Thanks for any help with this. Regards, Gary MacIndoe
