This is a common requirement but the solution is not immediately obvious.

If the target is the Max in the range, in your case the range is 1500, you do the following:

Pick the longest as the target.

Move the centerline of the 1500 mil range in reference to the target, ie set a Delta of -750 in relation to the target.

Set the range to be +/- 750 of the new centerline (defined by the -750 offset from the Max).

Can anyone tell me the correct way to define a matched group in Constraint Manager?
I need to match a target to "same length as target" to "-1500mil of the target"?
I tried 0:-1500 for delta:tolerance, but it is not working right.
