Yes, I found the way.
1 - Create BAF ( Back Annotation File ) from Allegro. 
    File -> Export Logic -> Other. Select Comparison design ( before
swapping) -> click on Export.
2 - Creating SWP file from BAF 
    I use my SKILL program for it.
3 - Import SWP file to Orcad.

        How can I do Back annotation after swapping pins for old Orcad (

        exist Allegro on Tools-> Back Annotate dialog box ).
        I can create  .BAF but Orcad  need swap file  .SWP
