Units specifies the units for the template. Must be mm, mils, inches, um, or cm.
Because drill template contains unit specific data, (for example, the custom
fields for each drill hole size), you should use the corresponding templates for
each type of unit. Allegro/APD converts the values given in the template file to
the design units before using them.

So I think I forget this and continue with deleting it manually.

Instead of deleting the line, change it.
Leave the line and remove the text that offends you.
Worth a try, anyway.
