Have tried the same task under RISC OS 6 on VRPC and 4.42 on my A9home. The
internal error is generated under 6. An undefined instructor error and a
memory address is generated under 4.42.
I have managed to get around the issue by deleting the document body rather
than the whole document. Bu nevertheless, it's still would appear to be a bug!
