That sound good actually. The final output is to be PDF so presumably, if
someone uses the "zoom" tool in their PDF viewer, they will be able to see
all the detail?

I will try that.

I did try reducing the size using Irfanview on a PC and it loaded fine
then, whether that "cleaned it up" at the same time I don't know.

The camera is a Canon A380 and the image was taken at 10Mp, it's maximum
resolution.
