[icon-users] Splitting tables

Hi everyone,
Is it possible to split a table into a number of separate tables? I've tried
various things but nothing seems to work.
Putting the cursor where I want the split and clicking on the End Structure
button only moves the cursor to the end of the table. Clicking on menu
Structure => Table => New Table only results in a table within a table!
The only work-around I've found so far, and it's a bit long winded, is to
create a new table or tables and to copy sections from the original table
into it/them. There are 9 pages and I now want to divide it into 11 separate
tables!
Anyone got any ideas please?
