Hi All:

A friend of mine was having trouble downloading the Madilda Ziegler Magazine 
directly to the Braille 
Plus. I tried two issues, and didn't have any success. I clicked on the zip 
file and 
downloaded it. When I went to extract the file, it said no files found in book.

Any suggestions?
