Hi Denise:
What most people seem to be doing is selecting the file and installing it
through file explorer. I have yet to get a completed download, but on the
partial ones, I selected them and the BraillePlus said that it was unpacking
them. Of course, they ended up being incomplete.

hello,
sometime last night, my system downoaded version 1.06 build 28, but it has
not installed it. the icon will only say that the download is complete, and
will do nothing else as far as that's concerned. the update folder shows
there is a build 28, but still i can get no further response. what should
the icon be doing now? thanks.
