Hi, all. I appollogize for any confusion on my part for lacking
clarification on describing the exact problem. I most appreciate and fully
understand all your feedback so far. What's actually happening as of only
fairly recently is two things. First, when the punctuation is set even up to
all, ticks aren't announced where they should be and where they
simultaneously exist in back-up copies on the laptop. Second, when the
punctuation is set, even down to none, words that are announced differently
when a tick is added are mispronounced on the Plus, but not on the laptop on
the back-up files. Furthermore, when I read the relevant word letter by
letter, the tick does not show on the Plus's file, but it does on the
laptop's back-up file. I hope this is a little clearer for anyone who may be
able to offer further assistance ideas. One further note is that I tried all
the rebooting steps recommended in the specific rebooting section of the
manual, all the way up to reflash, without the problem being fixed.
